The emphasis being on delivering the service on time, within the allocated time slot, every time, so that clients know they can book an appointment, say in their lunch break, knowing that they will be out and back to work when they expect to be.

Clients are not allocated a specific therapist and all services are carried out to the same exacting standards whichever therapist is seen. This means that clients do not become reliant on any specific therapist which greatly reduces the potential risk to the business in a number of ways.

The owner has developed the back end of the business to provide a very automated service which means that they now only need to spend a relatively low number of hours in the business each week. The use of technology has very much streamlined the business operation and as such has greatly reduced the administrative man hours needed to run it.

All premium wax is used from Waxperts and Outback Organic strip wax. Laser treatments are carried out using a Lumenis LightSheer Duet machine which we are advised has low shot counts on both heads. Individually wrapped, company branded, pre-appointment wipes help add to the professional feel to the service provided.
