THE BUSINESS ITSELF
The current owner set up the business and salon from scratch approximately 20 years ago and has since then built it up to be the go to place in the local area. Enjoying a turnover approaching £100k in usual times with a healthy profit margin that you would expect with this type of business. Of particular note is the self service stand up Helinova sunbed which generates an income with very little staff involvement.

Currently all treatments rooms are used by the business however it lends itself very well to the rooms being rented to therapists who offer services which are not undertaken by the beauty salon. With the growth of a number of specialist treatments such as botox there is clear scope to alter the business model to suit a new owners requirements. A more hands off approach could be taken with the rooms all rented out individually if so wished. OPENING HOURS
The usual business hours were previously 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Tues & Thurs, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Weds & Fri, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

TENURE
Leasehold. The term of the current renewable lease expires in December 21 and it is noted that a condition of the sale of the business will be acceptable terms for a new lease being agreed.

The purchaser will be responsible for the landlords costs and fees in connection with the grant of a new lease.

RATES PAYABLE
